Journeybites is a monthly subscription service for those that enjoy adventure, food and trying new things. Experience popular and delicious snacks from other countries around the world each month. Every box comes with a variety of snacks, sweets and other goodies related to that country and their culture. Grab a friend or family member and have a fun time navigating through this box of exotic goodies!
It's easy! Sign up on our join page and select the size box you'd like to receive every month. We will then ship out a box of yummy snacks from a select country so you can sit back and enjoy your treats while learning about other cultures.
You'll receive all kinds of goodies! Chips, cookies, chocolate, candy and sometimes drinks.
We cannot guarantee that a product is allergen-free or a good fit for your diet, so you must enjoy at your own risk. You can see a complete list of nutritional facts and ingredients for each product on our shop page.
Unfortunately, this is not something we offer at this time. You can visit our online store and order what you like - this is a good way to order exactly what you want!
You can sign up for a monthly subscription and receive a box from a new, random country every month. If you aren't looking to sign up for a monthly subscription, you can also just visit our online store and order whatever your tummy desires instantly. Head over to our join page or online store to get started!
Yes, there are two ways to buy a gift. 1) Purchase a one-time box from our online store and enter the recipient's name and address. 2) Just sign up for a monthly subscription as normal and add the gift recipient's shipping address instead of your own. Once you sign up, you can choose to let the person receive the gift monthly or you can cancel right after signing up to avoid being charged monthly. Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we will include a nice little card saying whatever you'd like it to say!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX which are processed through Stripe Payment Processor. We also accept PayPal.
You will be charged as soon as you sign up and then each recurring month on the 1st. This way we have all of our subscribers on the same billing cycle. If you find that you have been charged in error, please email our team at [email protected] to resolve the issue immediately.

The first box will be shipped within 48 hours of your order via USPS. Every recurring order after that will be shipped the 15th of each month.
Currently, we do not. We're working hard to include international shipping in the next few months!
It should take 2-3 days to get your delicious package. If you come across any issues with your package, please email [email protected] and we'll help you out!

If you want to cancel your account, under your account, go to "subscriptions" and view your subscription to make changes.
Yes! Under your account, go to "subscriptions" and view your subscription to "suspend" the account. You will not be charged anymore, and will not receive any packages until you click on "reactivate".
